Indian food is famous for its spice-filled flavors, but the variety of spices and techniques used in Indian cooking can be intimidating to the uninitiated. Guest instructor Akshaya will guide you through the techniques that go into making delicious Indian curries by exploring curry made 3 ways: coconut-based curry, tomato-based curry, and a simple dhal (lentil curry). Ingredients can be interchanged for each curry, but this class will focus on seasonally available ingredients. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be presented.
