Join Akshaya, from My Ayurvedic Kitchen, as she opens up her spice box and teaches you about the healing potential of spices and herbs like - ginger, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, tulsi, and more - and shows you how to use them in Indian-inspired dishes. We will make a tea, a soup, a curry, and even a dessert in this class. You will leave ready to spice up your every meal!
This is a cooking demonstration class.
We will sample what we make, but it might not be a complete meal.
Classes are for adults. Youth ages 12 and up may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.
Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.
